ランタイムファイルの配布について
ActiveReportsを使用したアプリケーションを実行するには、実行環境に、ActiveReportsのランタイムファイル（本体アセンブリ、および、サテライトアセンブリ）が必要です。以下のファイルを配布してください。

サテライトアセンブリ
日本語で表示するためには、本体アセンブリと一緒にサテライトアセンブリを配布する必要があります。本体アセンブリを配布したフォルダに「ja」フォルダを作成して、サテライトアセンブリを配置してください。
